All items ordered will ship via US Postal or UPS ground within 1-3 days of when the order was placed. If there was a problem with the order and it can't be shipped within the 1-3 days you will be notified by e-mail or by phone. Whitetailworld offers shipping to the United States and Canada. Canadian orders may incur an additional shipping fee.
Products purchased through the Whitetailworld Store are supported by our Standard Return Policy unless otherwise indicated.
Standard Return Policy states - Defective merchandise under our Standard Return Policy may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund or within 180 days of the original invoice date for a replacement. Please note that all returns will be inspected before a credit or replacement unit is issued. All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Please note: All defective trail cameras, optics, electronic devices, compound bows, or crossbows must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Once these items have been opened we cannot accept returns on these items.
In order to receive a full refund, minus the shipping cost, the item must be unused and in the original packaging. All factory supplied components and paperwork must also be included. Items returned with missing parts or pieces may not be eligible for a refund.
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. The exception to this is if the Whitetailworld Store was to ship out the wrong item. It is our recommendation to use UPS, FedEx, or the US Postal service for all return shipments.
